Online Friendlies

EA Team,

I am trying to play online friendlies and when I get to the Tactics to move players around, I am unable to move players from the bench to the starting 11. I have reset the squads and downloaded the updates again. I do transfers and then attempt to play Online Friendlies with friends using Custom Squads.

I have attached a clip of the issue, where you will see me trying to move players from the bench to the starting 11.

Can someone from the support team help me with this issue? 

have been playing FIFA since 06, till now FC26. I have never had any issues with the game till this year. I do work hard to always pre-order this game no matter the price, I do think it's unfair that these types of issues happen and always take a while to get fixed. I am not one to complain about changes to the game, simply because I love playing this game and I use it as scape goat from all my daily stress. Please help me with this issue.
