Opponent quits match, counts as a loss for me in tournament

Plenty of times Ive played tournaments and direct after kickoff the opponent pauses the game and quits it. After the game I am eliminated, it has happend in the final, semi-finals and first game. Dossent matter. It also counts as a played game. Sometimes it says 3-1 to the opponent, sometimes 4-0. This is really sick when trying to do objectives. This game is so full of bugs and lagging. And since you can add real money in the game exchanged to packs, this is an incredible shame that you acctually loose money to buggs.
