packet loss to high servers very bad!!

Hey fc team...i want to report you that every game i  get a high packet loss .. and sometime i lost my game for nothing and kick me out from the game.. i did test my internet is good very good
i play other online games is good and stable
only when i'm in ea servers i see somethings not normal at all i did not understand why. 
and is not happend only for me most of community happend for them those things.
we lost our money on this game we dont want lost our health on it too
fix it pls..
