Path to pro not being able to be claimed

I have completed all objectives in ”path to pro” but i haven’t gotten my reward. I have completed all separate objectives and everything is checked in ”path to pro” except ”play more” but ”play more” itself is completed and all it’s objectives are checked out but in ”path to pro” it’s showing that it isn’t checked out.
