Pause game right after kick off results in pause screen animation loop

Today around 10:35 16/10/2025 playing Rivals. After kick off , opponent immediately rushed out of the field and tapped pause game. I pressed resume game instantly on pause screen and that action resulted in a loop background pause animations (no time-out counter and no menu just animation) . I never got able to get back in a game. There were sounds in a background (like referee whistle) , like there was still game going on for my opponent, after few minutes I got disconnected with inactive penalty message and DNF.
