PC – Graphics Settings Do Not Save (Resolution Reverts to Default in FC26)

When attempting to change display resolution or graphics settings in EA Sports FC 26 (PC), the changes do not save. For example, switching from 4K to 1440p or lowering graphics options applies in the menu, but once I exit and return, the settings revert back to default (4K / high).
