[PC] A lot of input delay and sluggishness, specially online.

So i've been feeling a lot of input delay, so I tried tinkering with settings. Some of them gave me more input delay up to 2 seconds, and the only one that fixed this for me, at least OFFLINE was mak...

Hey, everyone. We're currently investigating this and could use some information from you all.

  1. Confirm your PC meets the requirements. Let us know the specs - CPU, GPU, RAM, Windows Version
  2. Have you noticed any pattern when the frame rate drops? After a cutscene, when taking corners, after a specific length of the match, etc. 
  3. Do you have games with other anti-cheats installed (eg: Riot Vanguard)
  4. What region are you in?
  5. Please provide your EA ID, Xbox gamertag, PSN ID, Steam ID, etc. so we can add this to our investigation.
  6. Enable the Diagnostic Gamepad Overlay and provide video if possible.
    1. Settings → Visual → Overlays → Input Overlay : Diagnostic

I am pretty sure my laptop meets the requirements
i am from israel i dont have any of those anticheats you mentioned 
i have a ps5 controller and i bought the game from steam
when i use enable steam input: my controller leds becomes cyan and the game is not responsive
when i use disable steam input: my controller leds disapear and only a white small led in the middle apears
only when i disable steam input and connect my controller with a cable a few times it works for a few in game minutes and then it either is stuck on one direction or the controller stops working at all and only the pass lob shoot and all of those are working
i also did all of those instruction videos like reduce to 60 fps vsync on off all of those stuff which i think that had helped me to survive those few minutes
this issue is only in online mods except rush which is working almost perfectly fine
i also wanted to say like the other people that 
squad battles feels like in slow motion and is stuck 90% of the time
