[PC] A lot of input delay and sluggishness, specially online.

guys, you are a company that earns too much money on an annual basis, and you can't solve the problem with the controllers for 5 days, you just say that you are looking to solve the problem and you don't do anything, we paid more money to play before everyone else and still the same problem
