Hello EA_Mako & EA_Aljo , attached is a video of my screen with my network stats as well as the onscreen controller. In the video you can clearly see I can not move from the start of the online game. I want to confirm the same controller works perfectly on EAFC 26 offline modes and on other games. I average around 19ms ping. When this happens 1 of 2 things occur that i noticed. I either can not move at all the second the game starts. Or, I can move for about 5 in-game minutes then my ping spikes to 35/40ms and I lose control of the players. I always have my networks stats on regardless of what game I play. I highest I have ever seen my ping go to is 22ms. My Internet upload and download speeds are very good too. I use a CAT6 certified ethernet cable for my connection. I have a few external devices connected. 1x USB-C cable for my controller, 2x Bluetooth USB for headset and mouse, 1x wired keyboard. I have tried to remove all external devices and restart my game/pc, the issue still occurs. Attached is also a dxdiag report.
