PC controller input bug

Since the last update, almost every Rivals (and other online modes) game, the game starts fine and few minutes into the game what appears like an input delay starts. After closely monitoring the power bar, I realized it's not an input delay but rather a bug. When I click a button, I see that reflected in the power bar right away but the action does not take effect. Somewhere between 1 to 3 seconds after, depending on the game, the power bar shows exactly the same action again and only then it is reflected in the game.
