Penalty shootout crashes

This happened to me in a tournament, won the shootout and I lost because it crashed

Same...I got the latest everything and tried different setups and nothing. I keep getting the Loss after winning all my penalty shootouts.

Same here. Every week I get an SB match that goes to penalties, and every time after I win, the game crashes… so 0 points for that match just because EA decided they can’t be bothered to launch a proper game.

Almost all PC players have this issue. After so long since the game's launch and so many updates, the problem still isn't fixed. I'd like to ask, what exactly are the EA developers doing?

Just happened 2 times, both times I won... crash to the desktop./ Reported this 1 week after the game came out

Still happening, happened in the cup and rivals for me this week.
