Performance/stability issues

I know the latest patch said it fixed issues regarding performance and stability on PC but I still have the same problems as yesterday:

• Every transition in the game at the start of the match, after halftime or after full time results in up to 10 seconds of constant stutter 
• Every pack opening results in constant stutter for around 5 seconds of the cutscene/animation regardless of quality of player. 
• Every time I change graphics settings, like turning off strand-based hair, or turning off motion blur, it automatically changes back to on and defaults me to 'High' quality presets regardless of the tweaks I make.
• Opening menu cutscene for me is stuttering, at least for a few seconds.

I've tried every 'fix' listed on Reddit and nothing has worked for me so far. I've also played Madden 26 extensively and that runs like a dream on max graphics settings, 1440p, and at my monitor's max refresh rate (240 fps) so I would assume it isn't a component issue across all EA game engines and seems to be localised with EA FC. My components are listed below:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600

GPU: Intel Arc B580 Titan 

RAM: DDR4 3200
