Player 1 plays as player 2

When the game starts i'm suddenly player 2 with the blue arrow. Then the game feels weird and unplayable so it's a 100% loss.
AND Team management doesn't work the whole game. 
Please fix fast! 
I have had multiple losses in WL because of this glitch.
