Player Career - Formation bug when transferring team

Player Career - 

When transferring to a different team the formation of that team defaults to this weird 5-2-3 to accommodate the position you play. I've tested this on multiple teams and it's all the same formation when you join. 

If a team doesn't have a LW for example it will change formation and completely ruin the team. (See picture) 

Can you advise on whether this is a known bug or if there is a fix in game please?
