Player Career Objectives Not Tracking / Not Counting

I am experiencing a bug in FC 26 Player Career Mode. The match objectives do not track any progress even when I complete them correctly. For example, objectives like “Take 2 shots on target”, “Make 2 passes inside the box”, or “Achieve 7.5 match rating” stay at 0/0 or 0%. None of the actions count.

This issue makes it impossible to increase Manager Rating and blocks career progression.
