Player disappears after game crashes

So today (October 26 2025) I opened the tradeable 200K pack in the store then I packed Toni kroos and when I skipped the walkout the game crashed and when I logged back in to ultimate team and went to put all the players I packed into the club Kroos was gone and I could not find him anywhere.
