When I'm editing a players head either in clubs or the edit player function from the main menu, it scrolls between all the pages as if I'm holding L2 or R2 on my controller. I've tried disabling the controlling and just using mouse and keyboard but the problem stills persists. Nothing seems to solve the issue, and it's only on the head editing screen and nowhere else.
I just found a temporary fix. When I hold down the touchpad it stops the scrolling (doesn't work all the time, will still freeze sometimes and unable to use controller), but a full fix is still needed.

by the way， my controller is out of control in training mode(PRO club), but it work in RUSH & league mode

Hi Guys, I had the same problem. I had a 2nd controller which was the issue.
In steam > settings > controller it was displaying my xbox controller and keychron link (this might be different for you but if there's more than one device that's your problem).
In device manager (Win + X) under "Human Interface Devices", look for "HID-compliant game controller" right click and disable this device. Re-opening steam after doing this removed the keychron link from my controllers tab and removed the other controller from FC when playing. This also stopped the cycling through the menus of the Head character creation.
