Player Of the match bug

I have a rating of 10.0 in every match of my player career. I have recently got 4 goals and 2 assists but still the player of the match award was not given to me, I have tried it many times but no use. It's a bug in my main save as I have tested in other saves and it's working fine. Give me some solution ASAP
