Players duplicate during club transfers (Edit Teams)

This is a serious problem. It happened to me when I tried to transfer Salah, Allison, Locatelli so far using  the transfer edit. Somehow those players are duplicated and appear in the both clubs. I’m sure this case applies to some other players as well. I wonder if EA notices this issue.
