Players stuck in transfer targets

I won multiple players on bid last night which ended during the servers down / maintenance time. Today, they are stuck in the transfer targets. I cannot access them, even though it says that I have won them and that they have expired. Furthermore, the coins that I won them with are gone, implying that the transaction has taken place and that I have these items even though I am unable to list them or use them or take them out of the transfer targets in any way. Whenever I try to assign the items, it says “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment” and it sends me back to the overall transfer page within ultimate team. I have tried logging out, reinstalling, etc. to try to interact with these players but nothing is working. Please fix this issue by syncing your servers or some other way that solves this issue, as I would like to use and sell these players that I purchased.
