Playtime and Matches Counter not Working [PS5]

So I think I figured out why my web app market will not unlock. I have playtime activated so it can track my hours and games, but my match counter doesn’t track my games. So it’s logging hours but not tracking games played throughout the week. I have no idea how to fix this to get my games to track. My playtime hours completely resets altogether every single time I play online in a rivals or online game. I cannot figure out how to make it work so I can unlock the market. It’s so frustrating and ruining this game for me.
