Playtime Tracker Glitch (PS5) Possible affecting my Transfer Market Access

I have a critical bug preventing me from accessing the Transfer Market on the Companion/Web App, despite far exceeding all known requirements (I have played over 500 games).

The issue is with the in-game playtime and match counter on my main Ultimate Team account, specifically on PS5:

  • The Problem: Playtime Resetting Daily My playtime and match count are constantly resetting or stopping count as 2 games on the full week. Last week I played Weekend League, Did all the points on Rivals on Elite Division and my counter was showing 2.  The system is failing to register my activity.
  • Online Matches Not Tracking: Playing online modes like Division Rivals does not increase the match count or playtime value at all. The number remains static at 2 games even after completing multiple matches.
  • Squad Battles Resets Progress: The only mode that registers playtime is Squad Battles, but playing a Squad Battles match resets the entire counter back to 0 before it starts tracking again, preventing any cumulative progress toward the unlock requirement.

This bug is possible blocking my access to the Transfer Market on my phone.

Could a moderator or community manager please confirm this known issue and suggest a specific escalation path for a bugged account?

This is only affecting this account on my PS5! Tried the same at my friends PS5 and his counter works perfecly.
