premium rewards in season pass not available to claim

I have purchased the season pass, and claimed the SP bonus, it has moved the SP up the 3k and I was able to claim the free rewards, although I couldn’t claim the premium pass SP. 

you can see in the image that level 7 has been achieved but the premium pass rewards isn’t available.
