A number of users, including myself, are reporting that the Double XP event on Pro Clubs isn't working for them:
We are not receiving the notifications or seeing any of the menu visuals to indicate that it's live, and we do not have the 35 games consumable in our consumables or in the store.
Please advise and rectify ASAP.
I did not get that event booster and I lost my 2 matches left active booster when I launched my game today :DDD I think it was the update that messed that up :D What a disaster. EA is a JOKE.
This is still yet to be addressed despite the event ending today. If this isn't addressed and affected users aren't adequately compensated with the XP boost by the time the event ends, then please advise and provide a link to where I can lodge a formal complaint. Thanks.
The event is ending in a little over 24 hours, so I understand, and we still haven't had this issue addressed. Could we please get an update, or at least get it acknowledged?
