Pro Clubs - Substitute Crashing Game

We played a playoff game last night and into the 2nd half, the game stopped with the please wait screen as the other team was adding another player coming on as a substitute. 

The game then stuck on that screen without the game starting again. We waitied 30 minutes to see if would resolve itself but it didn’t move. The only way to fix it was for one of to leave which then immediately forfeited the game. 

This isn’t great when playoff games are limited and we were winning 4-1 at the time.
