Pro clubs

Hi, i have this problem where my AI’s are mentally **bleep** and cant make decisions without me having to make it pass or shoot. Another problem is the keepers are prime neuer for some reason and seem to save absolutely every shot that comes towards them. If you could fix this problem instead of adding more levels up my **bleep** every week and not including a faster leveling system than 300 xp per game.
