PS5, FC26 FC HUB ISSUES. The Season Pass service is currently unavailable

I cant open the season pass when i open it , it says

The season pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your Season pass

more than 1 week and still same issue an advisor told me to sign out and sign in back remove 2fa 
did all that but nothing worked

I have the same issue, been like that since the old season ended and new one started.

I am experiencing a persistent issue with my FC 26 account on PS5 for over 7 days. The "Season Pass" service is unavailable, and SP Points/FC Hub are missing from my menus.

I have already tried the following without success:

1. Reinstalled the game on PS5.
2. Deleted "Personal Settings" and "Profile" files.
3. Signed out and uninstalled the Companion App.
4. Changed game language and checked for system updates.
5. Played matches (Rivals/Squad Battles) but SP still doesn't track.

The error message I receive is: "The Season Pass service is currently unavailable". Please perform a manual synchronization/refresh of my account entitlements.

I've had this error for 4 months, that is, since January shortly after buying the game, I reported the problem several times and they told me that an update was coming, but from 4 months to today they never solved the problem

Hi, there is issue that FC Hub not working in PS 5 Console, here is some screenshoot 

Only UT Objectives that are working

and then when i try to play Manager or Player Career it says "The Season Pass service is currently unavailable  and you will not be able to earn progression towards your Season Pass."

also when i try to play Clubs it says "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.", it doesn't make sense cause there is no issue when i playing UT competitive or live event. i provided the screenshoot in attachment for this

as additional information, FC Hub is working in Companion apps, but its very not comfortable to switching app to app just to collect rewards when you play in console

please help to fix this EA, Thank You

How do I access the Season Pass Service? Was able to a few days ago and now keep getting same message to say not accessible.
