PS5 PRO input lag/heavy gameplay

The problem appears randomly (it can be fixed by itself the same day without changing any settings, and then it can start again the next day). The issue is that players and all the movement feels "heavy". Every time I click a button, it takes much more time to register it in the game which makes it completely unplayable. 

It is not the internet issue, I have 7ms ping all the time and no issues with other games. And the problem is the same when I play squad battles.  It looks more like servers or the game cache. Tried with different DNS and MTU but nothing changed. 

I've rebuilt the database and it helped, but the next day it started again. I will not be doing this every day just to play one unoptimized game. 

Please fix it or I will just stop using it, cause it doesn't make any sense to play the ultimate team in the current state
