PS5 Ultimate Team stuck on green loading screen

Ultimate Team gets stuck on the green FC loading screen on PS5. EA servers connect normally and other online modes work without issues.
The problem started after the game froze while browsing club players to add substitutes. It happened again later when trying to open the Store. Web App/Companion App can temporarily fix the active squad, but the issue returns after browsing club players or opening Store-related content again.
This looks like an account-specific Ultimate Team data corruption issue, not a connection problem. It may be related to club player items, squad data, unassigned items, rewards, or Store data.
Troubleshooting already tried:
- Power cycled PS5
- Changed active squad
- Deleted and recreated squad
- Cleared cache
- Restored licenses
- Deleted local saved/profile data
- Reinstalled the game
- Used Web App/Companion App to fix squad temporarily
Please investigate my Ultimate Team account data, squad synchronization, club player items, unassigned items, and Store/reward data.
