Purchased players from the transfer market are not showing in the club

I have purchased a player from the transfer market, my coins have been taken, and the player is nowhere in my club, transfer list, duplicate storage or quick sell recovery. I have contacted EA live chat, and they keep saying they are raising it as a bug, 3 different EA advisors have said they have raised this, and nothing has been done. This happened twice on the same day, and I have lost 2.6 million coins because I have not received the players, and nothing is being done to give me the players or coins back.
