PVP Gameplay linked to squad battles difficulty

I had terrible gameplay after playing squad battles vs the featured Team on semi-pro for some challenges. My player missed every chance and defenders were all over the place. 

After playing on ultimate dificulty and winning (even if i can't win  all challengers games due to strange gameplay) my players seemed to move much better and since then i won everything in the same mode (Season 1 Excellence Exhibition) while my defenders played normally again.

As gameplay shouldn't behave like this i guess this is a bug.
