Rank drop

Hello FIFA, I discovered the bug that keeps dropping the ranking. I was in Elite A and from there I dropped to Elite Three. I want to know if you can fix it and get me back to Elite A. My
username is Nave13246 and I would be very happy if you could give me back my rank which was Elite One and give me two more games which is what I have left and because of some bug of yours I dropped to Gold One and I ask you again to help me I really like your game and I want to continue playing it I am a beginner so if you can help me I would be very happy Username Nave13246
