Ridiculous penalties

I recently played Squad Battles on World Class difficulty, and in 5 out of 7 matches, the AI was awarded completely ridiculous penalties that should not have been given. You guys need to seriously review the penalty mechanics or disable them altogether until they work properly. I lost some matches because of this bug. I am attaching a video example.
