I’ve been playing rivals it keeps freezing telling me I have been lost internet connection even tho I have checked my provider and it has been alright, I was winning both games and it treats it as if I lost so now ive lost two check points on my rank anyone else having this problem because this is the third time it has done this to me now in the space of 20 minutes and it needs fixing

It is too far away but I’ve never once had this issue it has only happened today and because of this I have lost two of my check points on my rivals, like it both occurred when It was second half on the attack, I contacted my internet provider and they said there was now outages or problems
Community ManagerAs a test, can you move close enough to the router to see if there's a difference? Chances are excellent being a wireless connection, far from the router is causing the disconnects and lag. That's a recipe for an unstable connection.
