Rooney Missing From Manager Mode Selection Despite Being Part of Season Pass

Same for me. I play on PS5. Gullit and Matthäus from Season 4, despite being unlocked, are impossible to select in Career Mode. Rooney from Season 3, despite being unlocked, is completely unavailable/invisible in Career Mode. Do something about this ffs.

Raised 2 tickets. Both closed by EA's bot team saying I am not entitled to any further rewards and the isse was "Fixed".

Genuinely a useless greedy trainwreck of a company.

Same here!  No response from ea, it’s happening the same with Gullit and Mathaus

The same is happening with Mathaus and Gullit in season 4, and Fernando Torres in previous seasons. EA is not answering, or they fix it soon, or they will reimburse our money back for breaching the legal contract.

Still no response…

I am also having the same issue Gullit, mattaus and Rooney unplayable in career mode dispute paying all this money and unlocking them in season pass.  Has EA announced a fix?

This needs to go up the ladder!!  They are not giving us what we paid for.  We pay $70 for the game plus another $100 for season pass all year and then we still have to grind through these ridiculous challenges to get icons and heroes when they honestly should all be available first kickoff.  There is no reason why they should be locked from transferring them between teams prior to kickoff.  This is a game we should be able to customize their age, etc… for us to spend this much time and money and ea not acknowledging or providing customer service to help solution this issue is terrible!! If everyone got off their high horses and just boycott the game until they resolve this there would be answers!!! 

EA should do better to help solution or atleast acknowledge there is an issue that you are investigating!!

right now no response just means you took our money and ran away with it not cool!!
