Screen glitching, not establishing connection to football ultimate team servers

For the first bug, my screen has been glitching any time I play FC26 on any gamemode. For a split second, it flashes white and it almost looks like it's flashing a different part of the game. It's hard to tell because it's super quick, but it messes me up when it happens while I'm in the middle of a match 

As for the second bug, I've experienced this most of today and all of yesterday. We'll all pick our players, then it'll say locking in squad, starts searching for an opponent, and   then it'll just kick us all off saying "connection could not be established to football ultimate team. Please try again later.
