Season 3 Pass: Socrates unavailable in manager mode

On Playstation 5, I have completed level 19 and unlocked Kaka and Socrates. Kaka shows up as unlocked in both player and manager career but Socrates shows as locked in manager career with Icons,  but is unlocked and available in player career. 

Anyone else experiencing this?
