Season objectives not refreshing and showing as completed

No new SP have been awarded for season, manager (both), and player objectives since pre-order week. Already two weeks missing and I've seen many other reports with this same issue. It's about time to fix it and compensate for the missing SP points. This is urgent as it's affecting progress for many players.
