Explanation:
I have reached level 23 of Season Pass 4 and Ruud Gullit who was unlocked at level 19 is still locked. I do want to mention that I did claimed them and can see green tick mark.
However, they remain locked in manager career Icons/Hereos section, and it is not even letting preview them anymore as well.
I have bought season pass 3-4, and completed to over level 20 on both. Season 3 you could unlock Wayne Rooney, and in Season 4 you could unlock Ruud Gullit and Lothar Matthäus. However, these 3 players cannot be used in career as EA promises. It is not legal to charge money for a product you cannot deliver. What will EA do to fix it? Why are there no answers? Either you get what you pay for, or your money back, it is us consumers who buy their product.

Same. Please give us the players that we earned. Time, effort, and money was spent on this game so we can have fun and release stress…you’re killing us EA! Please fix!
There just taking our money and not giving what has been paid for should be illegal to do what they are doing and you hear nothing from them
