I have the same problem. I've been playing since early access, but I've only been able to complete objectives since the pre-launch week. Since then, I've only had UT, which doesn't reset either the manager career or the player career. The lost XP is a shame. We pay for a pass and we can't even earn XP. Please fix this as soon as possible. I'd like to finish it before the end of the season...
