Very thorough explanation of the problem, now they've absolutely no excuse , We've all been swindled of thousands and thousands of xp , I await a response to how they plan on rectifying this disgrace , we've paid money for this junk the least you'd expect is that the simplest of things would work 

WE WANT OUR XP OR REFUND EVERYBODY EFFECTED THEIR SEASON PASS ......ITS AN UTTER DISGRACE!!!!

Same issue since early acsess, lost loads of SP and it be much harder to reach lvl 40 if even possible
