Season Pass Progression Reset to Level 0

Season Pass level has gone 19 -> 0.

Tried restarting game + PC multiple times.

Pressed all buttons within season pass interface.

Obtained 1.75k XP to check if it was visual bug, but that took me close to level 2 (already claimed) rewards.

Checked within Web App + Companion.

Doesn't seem to be something I can fix myself, wanted to post to raise awareness and to check if there are others who have ran into this.
