Season pass rewards not given!!!

Season pass rewards not given!!! 

I have not received my fc seasons premium pass rewards. 
I have paid extra for this in game and I have not received my rewards. Customer services could not help and told me to post here and someone will fix sounds like they are not going to fix the problem. Please sort this out
