Season Pass Rewards Premium Level 39 & 40 Locked Although Already Achieved

I achieved max level on the Season Pass and it appeared everything was fine and well until the last two levels 39 and 40. As you can see with the picture provided, I have check marks on all other claimed players except for the pack at level 39 and Tomori (who I would choose) at level 40. I have reset my cache, restarted the game, played an additional 10 games, acquired more than 2k SP to see if it would trigger this pack to unlock and it doesn't. The game recognizes the pass as complete and that seems to be the end of it. 

Anyone have any suggestions or can you offer any help on how to address this or get this fixed?
