Seasons - missing points

Hello,

I am writing to report an issue that occurred today at approximately 8:15 PM (UK time) while playing EA SPORTS FC 26 – Seasons mode on PS5 Pro.

After completing a match, my opponent left the game, but I did not receive any points, and the result was not registered correctly.

Unfortunately, I was unable to capture or see the opponent’s ID, as they exited immediately.

This issue has happened quite a few times recently, which is becoming very frustrating and is clearly affecting my progression in Seasons.

I genuinely enjoy playing FC, but if this problem continues and is not resolved, it will seriously affect my decision to continue playing or purchase future EA SPORT games.

Thank you for your support, and I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible.
