Does the keeper disappear at a particular moment, like after scoring or conceding a goal ?
Also, what team are you using ?
Please make sure to reset your squad updates and install the latest updates from the main menu to see if anything changes.
what do you mean by reset squad updates? I have also my own tactics and the same issue since 3 days I lost all games.
