Seasons Matchmaking - Club Quality Matching

Here we are again, with the same issues as the past 2 years.

Matchmaking with Club Quality Matching set to Restrictive is patchy at best. If playing with a 4.5 team with restrictive, we don't want matching with 5. Same applies to 4* teams.

There are some good matches happening, but also getting Bayern, Real Madrid on a loop again. It got better last year but not perfect.

You can still quite before kick-off, but that's annoying for both players. 

Please can restrictive actually be restrictive?
