Settings issues or bug

I was playing normally then i changed my gameplay settings and when i hopped to the match i found my players only being able to do 10 skill moves i was confused when i went to the settings i found the simplified skillmoves blocked and it’s on like i can’t do anything i can’t turn it off or anything is it problem or an issue or a bug
