Severe FPS drops during cutscenes in EA FC 26

Hello EA Support Team,

I have been playing EA FC 26 for the past 3 days, and overall I really enjoy the game - the gameplay and animations this year are amazing.

However, I’m facing a very frustrating issue that I haven’t been able to resolve:

- At the start of every match, during the intro cutscene showing fans entering the stadium and the opponent's lineup, my FPS drops heavily (down to 25-40 FPS).
- During halftime, when the game shows substitutes warming up, the same issue happens.
- After these videos end, it takes about 3-4 seconds before the game becomes smooth again.
- In-game performance is very smooth, with no stuttering.
- The same FPS drop also happens, but less severely, when opening packs with player reveal videos.

I already tried setting Cutscene Performance to "Full Frame Rate", but it did not solve the problem.

My system specs:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
- RAM: 32 GB
- Monitor: ASUS ProArt, 60Hz

I’ve also checked online communities and forums, and it seems many players using AMD CPUs are experiencing similar problems.

Could you please help me fix this issue, or let me know if there’s a patch planned?
