Silver Cup glitch and disconnection/crash

I’ve been playing the Silver Cup live event in Co-op with a friend. I’ve played 13 games so far and three times the match loads, and I’m playing as one of the opponents players. So my friend is alone on our team and I’m playing for the other team. Then the game crashes either right away after the match starts or straight after it ends. So I’ve gotten 3 losses because of this. Please fix this ASAP and make up for it.
